• Rooms open and under construction by three price segments in 100 MSAs
• Extended-stay hotel average occupancy and rate from 2013-2020 in 84 MSAs (1)
• Lower price tier hotel average occupancy and rate in 2020 in 34 MSAs
• Upper price tier hotel average occupancy and rate in 2020 in 61 MSAs
