The Highland Group’s reports are the most comprehensive reports available on the extended-stay hotel industry. The reports segment the industry into three price categories, from economy through upscale hotels, and provide detailed information including: 

• Rooms open and under construction by three price segments in 100 MSAs
• Extended-stay hotel average occupancy, rate and REVPAR from 2018-2025 in 100 MSAs (1)
• Lower price tier hotel average occupancy and rate in 2025 in 58 MSAs
• Upper price tier hotel average occupancy and rate in 2025 in 90 MSAs

(1) Some years from 2018 – 2025 may not be shown for confidentiality reasons and because of changes in MSAs. Call us for years shown in specific MSAs
