LS boutiques achieved the largest increase in supply, occupancy, demand and revenue
Luxury class boutiques increased the most in occupancy and declined the most in rate
Indie boutiques achieved the largest increase in RevPar
9 percent supply increase projected for branded boutiques assuming 2025 open
Branded boutiques under construction are heavily concentrated in urban locations
