Boutique demand up 1.6 percent compared to all US same class hotels at 0.6 percent
LS Upper Midscale hotels achieved the largest increase in supply, demand and revenue
Indie properties achieved the largest increases in average rate and RevPar
Newly added boutiques are heavily concentrated in urban locations
